Warranty
The warranty covers all products, whether expressed , implied, or manufactured under the brand name of ODES, and applies to all products sold and marketed under the trade name of ODES, which is sales agents, distributors and dealers.
ODES warrants all parts of ATVs,.and covers any repairs needed to correct defective material and workmanship, except those items listed below that are not covered by normal use, misuse , and maintenance of the products. The warranty is effective
Warranty Period
- 12 months from the date of exporting.
- Or 5,000 Km.
- Whichever comes first.
Warranty Means
1).Warranty PartsProvide 2% of order amount parts free when shipping the products. The customers must provide these parts to the end user free when there are problems of the products in the warranty period.
2).Damage parts.
- Poor packing, cause damage when shipping. The customers must fill out and send the "ODES PRODUCTS CLAIM REPORT" to us in 21 days after receive the shipment.
- Major problem, If the engine or frame has un-repairable problem.
- Universal problem, If the same problem happened more than 20% of the goods at the same shipment.
We will send the parts to the customers at the expenses of us to fit these problems during the warranty period.
The warranty does not cover
- Any parts and labor costs incurred in connection with reauired or recommended maintenance schedule, as outlined in the Owner's, Manual.
- Normal maintenance costs and services, such as carburetor tune-ups, replacement of filters, lubricants, gaskets, fuel, oil and other such operational costs and services. Normal wear items after the first 300 miles such as replacement light bulbs, control cables, tubes, tires, brake shoes, contact breaker points, spark plug,belt,sprocket ,clutch disc and all covered plastic body.
- Damages of failures resulting from accidents, theft, fire, catastrophe, or from misuse, use of improper or dirty fuels or lubricants, use of non-original ODES brand of parts, alteration,tampering,improper repairs, racing or competitive speed contests.
- Normal deterioration of appearance, due to wear, exposure or other environmental conditions.
- Incidental or consequential damages, such as a loss of use, inconvenience or for any commercial use.
